Rubber Mount Sportster Weld-on Tail Sections 2004-UP

• Made of 1.25" .120 wall ERW tubing
• Has 4" of stretch
• Sits the frame Aprox 5-5.5" off the ground, sits level with hugger fork tubes
• Rear axle plates can be either 3/4" or 1"
• Allows you to run a stock rear tire up to a 180mm (running a 180mm requires a 1/8" offset to the left)
• Installation instructions are provide upon purchase
• Kit includes two isolator dampners and a chain tensioner
• Rear Gas tank mount will have to be fabricated with the new tail section
• The factory exhaust bracket will NOT work with the tail section
• All of your stock rear master cylinder parts will bolt right up after the tail section installed and mid or forward linkage will not require modification
• No wiring modifications are required when using our battery box and electrical panel except for the tail/brake light on Carbureted models
• Chain conversion required

Rear axles: 3/4" with castle nuts and cross drilled for pins $45 or 1" with castle nuts and cross drilled for pins $55

Rear axle adjusters blocks with bolts and jam nuts: $40

We do offer a complete build service if you wish to just drop off your stock bike and pick it up after we chop/bob it: $$ depends on customers needs
